A wild Lucas appeared

The best prompt I wrote this week was four words

“What am I missign.” I had been stuck on a scoping doc for an hour, rewriting the same paragraph and pretending it was getting better. I pasted the whole mess into Claude with those four words and nothing else.

The answer was not impressive. Five bullets. Three were obvious. Two I had not thought about. One of those two was the actual reason I was stuck: I had been treating a scoping problem like a prioritization problem. Different question, different doc, different conversation.

PMs spend a lot of time hunting for the right template, the right framework, the right prompt library. Most of the time the unblock is just a second pair of eyes that does not get tired and does not care about your ego. Four words is enough.
